ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Nancy. I'm a level 3 Matwork Pilates Teacher, qualified with the world renowned Body Control Pilates.

Pilates is truly for EVERYBODY.

Whatever your age, gender or physical level, Pilates will enhance your physical and mental well-being. I really believe the all-over body movements of Pilates greatly improves our strength, stability, flexibility and posture, and really helps us reduce stress and tension.

My holistic approach to movement, will help your body and mind change for the better.

MY CLASSES

BEGINNERS

An excellent class for those new to Pilates, or for those wishing to revisit the fundemental Pilates principles, alignment, breathing and centering in a relaxed, fun and friendly environment.

IMPROVERS

This class is for those wishing to move on from a Beginners class, adding more challenge to movements, or those who haven't practiced Pilates in a while

OPEN LEVEL

This class is suitable for all ages and levels from Improvers to Intermediate. The class covers the Pilates principles, alignment, breathing and centering in a relaxed, fun and friendly environment.

ENQUIRE

All classes are designed to challenge the body to strengthen, lengthen and tone the muscles, and teach you how to move in a functional way for your everyday life.

GROUP PILATES

Fun and friendly classes, with close supervision, no more than 12 people per class.

PRIVATE

The exercises given are tailored to suit personal needs and objectives.

TWO-TO-ONE

These small groups allow for greater progression and development, and to focus on individual needs.

PRICES

GROUP MATWORK CLASSES

RUN IN BLOCKS OF 5 TO 7 CONSECUTIVE WEEK COURSES.

CLASSES ARE PAID FOR IN BLOCKS, WITH PAYMENT BEING MADE AT THE START OF EACH COURSE.

EACH ONE HOUR CLASS COSTS :

£15

PERSONAL OR SMALL GROUP 1 HOUR SESSIONS COST:

1-1 : £55

2-1 : £60 (£30 per person)

* PRIOR BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL AS THERE IS A MAXIUM OF 12 PEOPLE PER CLASS.
